As I write this, I am looking at several new polls in places like Ohio and Missouri. I have also read some very illuminating tweets from John Harwood of CNBC. Both indicate something we thought possible 10 days, but were brutally interrupted with this wish by FBI Director James Comey and a certain letter we would all like to burn. We thought this would be a blowout, but the letter seems to have taken the steam out of that. I contend that it still can be.
A letter today from James Comey has essentially said, “Well, we didn’t mean it. The laptop that some implied would lead to criminal charges doesn’t have the stuff we wanted on it. So, nothing to see here.” In other words, it proved liberals right that this was a steamy dump to attempt to alter the trajectory of this election. If you are incensed, you should be.
If you look at the down ticket races, especially for Senate, you will see a dip in support like the one Hillary Clinton experienced during this cheap trick played by opposition.
Notice the track lines especially for Hassan of NH and Kander of MO. They both take a precipitous dip right around the release of the first letter. If this were a criminal case, this could be used as circumstantial evidence of election tampering.
However, there is hope.
First thing first. The insider look at the election is hopeful. The tweets from John Harwood that I alluded to earlier:

— John Harwood (@JohnJHarwood) November 6, 2016Both of these are very good news. If Clinton manages to take Ohio (48 hours left), as Jason Easely of PoliticusUSA.com put it, “the rout is on.”
The only way this happens is if we get out there like we haven’t before.
In Missouri and New Hampshire, it is neck-and-neck which means they are both winnable. I also believe that if we vote like we have never vote before, we can possibly take the House of Representatives. Stranger things have happened. The Cubs won the World Series, for goodness sake.
Two days. 48 hours. MoveOn.org and this site can give you opportunities to make a difference.
If you are a voter that is thinking about not voting or voting third-party, DON’T! We have a chance to change the world and make it so much better.
For Bernie supporters, how does this sound? Bernie Sanders, Chairman of the Budget Committee. This is not hyperbole. This will be a fact. This is real power. Here is what this job is about:

This is where stuff like the Public Option and Universal Health Care get put into the budget and stuff where $5 billion to the oil companies gets taken out. And guess who is next in line due to seniority: Bernie. It says so in the link and that is pretty much how the Senate works. I truly believe that this is now why Bernie supports Hillary so much.
You know he won’t be a rubber stamp. HE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU.
But, it only happens if you get a Democratic Senate. And the only way that happens is if you get out there and vote.
I also truly believe that if we all just get together and vote the same direction, we can have a House that is blue as well.
Another title, Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House. She and Bernie like each other. For crying out loud, they think alike.
Ms. Pelosi just supported legal pot, for God’s sake.
But, it only happens if you get a Democratic House. And the only way that happens is if you get out there and vote.
SO GET OUT THERE! I am making calls, you should to. If you haven’t voted, make a plan and do it.
